How "TA" (teachers assistant) Works

Welcome to Teachers Assistant. I would like to explain how to best use our format.

TEACHERS - you can join to create an account. Post as much or as little information about yourself as you feel comfortable with. Be sure to include a contact method. Please include public contact information for the school or teaching institute you are affiliated with.

ASSISTANT - you are encouraged to join and create an account. We are hoping you will become active in discussions regarding efforts to fund classroom projects and means. Our goal is to facilitate the efforts on a one on one basis. We hope you take particular interest in the efforts our teachers and instructors are enduring in order to educate our children.

SPONSORS - If you are an individual, company or corporation that is willing to sponsor project(s) with Teachers Assistant we applaud you. We need your support and will work eagerly to facilitate the partnerships directly. We will not be a middle obstacle but rather the vehicle. You are encouraged to sponsor as many projects as possible. We thank you in advance for your magnanimous support

PROJECTS - you may use the projects tab to start your request for project, lab, means or materials funding. You will need to name your project and manage. You will be responsible for providing detailed information regarding your request. This includes materials list (detailed) as well as materials costs. You should suggest sources to obtain these materials. You should be clear in what you are able and willing to accept. Be it Materials, Funds, Service, Volunteers etc. Your school will be responsible for providing all tax relief or exempt status forms and approvals. You will need to facilitate this through your entity (school).

GROUPS - We feel the "grassroots and dirty boots" model works best. Start a group so other members can join in your efforts. Groups can be by location, subject, projects etc. Local business and individuals will be encouraged to view your group. Your group will be maintained by yourself. "TA" will assist you in any way we can. PHOTOS - Can be uploaded at your discretion and monitored by "TA"
